best ice cream sandwich

What’s your idea of a perfect ice cream sandwich other than flavor?

For me, the ice cream sandwiches from the Melt Bakery are perfect. These sammies do not smush or ooze out and the cookies are chewy and do not fall apart upon biting. And best of all, they are hand made and the flavors range from elevated classic to unique.

 

My favorite is the ‘Cherie’ (not shown here, already devoured unfortunately) with Candied Almond Cookies and Cherry Ice Cream.  Think deep dark purple cherry with cream topped with toasted almond and crumble. 

You can’t go wrong with the ‘classic’ which is fault proof with top quality chocolate and vanillas.  For the diehard red velvet lovers, the ‘lovelet’ has reverse engineered the red velvet cupcake, with icy cream cheese icing on the inside.  Yum!

Plus, now you can ordered a pack of 10 so these sammies can be enjoy another day (definitely not days for us). 😂😂
